River/Creek Session $350
I am doing these a bit different this year and offering these in a mid size session. The mid size session is bigger than a mini because I feel this session needs more time than a mini offers with walking to the spot, the session and then walking back. The mid size sessions will only take place in June and July this year. You can schedule a full session at the river/creek in any of the warmer months. contact me directly to book a full session there.
This session will take place at the Kankakee River/Creek. We may have to move around a bit if the river is high or the location is busy.
Session is less posed and more in the moment and candid. This is a fun session filled with interaction and connection! Please plan on getting in the river and getting wet, that is what the session is all about! You will be splashing and possibly sitting in the water. This session can be used for family, kids, maternity, high school seniors or couples. Includes all members of your immediate family, single families only. No extended family. Children must be siblings. Babies must sit well on their own to be photographed individually. Session focuses on shots of your family interacting and having fun.
WARDROBE: Keep it simple! Summer flowy dresses, rubber boots, shorts and rolled up jeans are perfect! Plan on getting in the water and getting wet! I will send a prep guide with wardrobe tips, guidelines and links with inspiration.
$100 non refundable booking fee required to book. This fee cannot be transferred to another session or client. If you need to reschedule this session a rescheduling fee of $25 is required and session must take place by July 30, 2026. If your session does not take place in that time frame your booking fee is lost and not transferred to another session type.
Balance is due 24 hours prior to your session. I will send you an invoice to pay on line. Invoice will cancel at 5pm the day before your session. If your invoice cancels for non-payment, your session is also canceled. There will be a $25 fee to reschedule in this case, even if it is for the same date and time. I am not currently taking cash, cash apps, checks or in person card payments.

Once my schedule opens for that month, I will contact you to choose your date. Sessions take place Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings about 1-2 hours prior to sunset.
