The flowers are VERY EARLY this year! They are usually not ready until mid to late May! I am not sure how long these will last either since they are so early! Could be weeks, could be days. Rescheduling will not be an option this year! If you are unable to make your scheduled time, you will forfeit your spot and booking fee.
Unfortunately, I have very LIMITED availability for them this year. I may be able to open some very last minute dates if they hang around, but these will be very last minute and I will post on My Facebook page the availability. Be sure to check there and check back her for more dates.
This is one of my most popular mini's each year and spots usually fill up. This session like all of my sessions is relaxed with minimal posing. I encourage movement and interaction! Let them have fun and the personality will shine!
This session is for baby & kids only. Babies MUST sit well on their own for this session. Children MUST be siblings (living in the same household). No families or adults. This is because the flowers are generally short and having large groups like families sitting in the flowers flattens them and kills them. I like to try to avoid sitting or trampling them since they are also in a preserve.
These sessions take place at an outdoor location in Kankakee. Exact address is given after booking.
BOOKING FEE / RESCHEDULING
- $25 non refundable booking fee is required to book and hold your spot. This fee is not refunded or transferred if you cancel. This fee holds your spot for this session only. This is the fee to book the session.
- If we have to cancel your session because the flowers have died, your booking fee is not refunded, but credited towards a future session to take place with in 3 months.
- Rescheduling is also not an option unless due to weather. These dates are usually full so there may not be any spots. Hold on to your date once you book.
Dates and Back Up Dates
- May 7th & 8th with a back up date for WEATHER ONLY reschedules for the 9th. The 9th is ONLY available if I need to reschedule for weather. Time slots may need to change. Please do not book this session if you cannot make the back up date and if you cannot be flexible on times. RESCHEDULING TO ANOTHER DATE IS NOT AN OPTION
- May 15 with a back up date for WEATHER ONLY of the 16th. the 16th is only available if I need to reschedule for weather. Time slots may need to change. Please do not book this session if you cannot make the back up date and if you cannot be flexible on times. RESCHEDULING TO ANOTHER DATE IS NOT AN OPTION
- If you cannot make your scheduled time slot or back up time slot, your booking fee is forfeited, not refunded or credit towards another session.
Final Payment
Your final payment of $175 is due 24 hours prior to your session paid via invoice or you can pay at your session in cash. Please indicate below which method you prefer. Invoices will need to be paid by 5pm the day before your session. Invoice will cancel at that time. If your invoice cancels you will be required to pay in cash at your session. Sending, resending and tracking down invoices is time consuming for me, please do not request one if you have no intensions on paying it.
I am unavailable most days after 5pm due to sessions and family time so resending invoices is not be possible.
I am currently not taking cash or cash apps as payment.
Session includes:
-15 minute time slot
-5 images of your choice with print release
-Up to 6 subjects
-Option to purchase additional images for $25 each or entire gallery for $150
-children must be siblings
-This session cannot be gifted.
WARDROBE
Wardrobe should be simple. No bright or neon colors. Deep or light shades of purple work well. Soft pinks like blush or mauve. White, cream, ivory and neutral tones work well. There is a lot of purple and green this time of year and some colors do not contrast well at this location. Please feel free to send me pics of wardrobe choices.
