Studio Family

This session is small and sweet.  A simple session is just that...... Simple!  Perfect for the family with older kids and that can take a little direction and do not need time to warm up or settle in.  Great for the family that just wants a few updated photos!! 

There are no props, set ups or gimmicks! Just your perfect family front and center! 

Session has relaxed posing, everyone looking at the camera.  Nothing candid or in the moment, more traditional but relaxed. Session focuses on family as a whole and individual shots of children.  If time and cooperation allows, we can do other groupings.  If you want more grouping options, you will need to upgrade your session.

 WARDROBE

Wardrobe in the studio should light and neutral.  White, cream, ivory, light neutrals and light earthy tones.  No dark colors for this session

The studio is where my heart is so this one is on my list of top 5 favorite sessions!

A cozy studio session is recommended for families with kids between 6 months -5 years of age.  This session is best for families with younger children, and for smaller families of 8 or less. All members living in the same household.  Larger families will need to be photographed outdoors.

This session has a mix of relaxed posed shots, everyone looking at the camera and some very in the moment more lifestyle shots.  I encourage and love lots of interaction and connection.   

Plenty of time to take breaks, slow down and take our time.  No pressure for kids to sit and smile for long periods of time.  Just your family being themselves and enjoying one another. This session has a very lifestyle feel.  Be prepared to snuggle and get close.  With younger kids and baby's I cater more to them and their personality.  A more free and relaxed session works well for ages up to 5 years old! 

For families with older kids, we can do a more posed but relaxed session.  Still capturing connection, just a bit differently than having to work with babies, energetic toddlers and small children. 

A full session is great for the family that loves a lot of images, a variety of groupings and options. More than what the mini or Basic session offers.  This is great for the family that wants to get cozy and for the family that loves telling their story and wants images not to just hang on the wall but to cherish forever! Great to put a few on the wall and fill up albums to leave on a table or take out and look out whenever you want!
